Itinerary
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, Your guide for the tour will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe city.
Overnight at: The Boma Hotel (Bed & Breakfast)
Enjoy an early morning breakfast, before transferring to Jinja. You can have stopovers En-route, to visit Ssezibwa Waterfalls or Mabira Forest, where you can have a guided nature or forest walk if time allows. Proceed to Jinja in the afternoon to take a boat to the source of the Nile.
Overnight at: Two Friends (Bed & Breakfast)
After an early breakfast, you can choose to go bungee jumping, water rafting or quad biking along the Nile before transferring to Sipi, reaching in time for a relaxed evening.
Overnight at: Sipi Heritage Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
Have an early breakfast, and head towards the magnificent Sipi falls. You will be guided on a hike to the top of the fall by a local site guide. At the top you can take pictures and it is possible to abseil. Take a nature and community walk on your way to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you can take a deeper community walk, where you can visit coffee plantations, see how locals process and brew their coffee locally, you will also be entertained to the local dances and storytelling.
Overnight at: Sipi Heritage Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
After an early breakfast, we have a long day ahead of us, sit back and enjoy a scenic drive through local communities of this Ugandan side, to one of the most remote and spectacular parks in Uganda. Kidepo Valley, reaching in time for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, carry your packed lunch and head out for a game drive with in Uganda’ best wilderness gem. The park inhabits one of the most exciting faunas of any Ugandan parks, with over 80 species of mammals several of which are endemic to Kidepo National Park like the cheetah, the striped hyena the caracal and over 465 bird species including the ostriches. You will be able to take a second game drive in the afternoon. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Wake up early, have breakfast and after embark for cultural encounters at the local Manyattas in Karamonja and IK people. Expect to see their small homesteads and community structures, experience their local dances. During this cultural tour, you will visit kraals of cattle, see traditional tools from stools, spears, headdresses, knives, bows, and arrows, jewelry, grinding stones, and utensils all made locally by the natives. In the evening you will be taken for a sunset game drive to explore more of Kidepo.

After breakfast drive to embark on your last game drive and later exit the park to transfer to Murchison falls National Park for overnight stay. This drive will take you through Gulu town where you will stop over for lunch, while in Gulu you can choose to visit Fort Patiko, a historical site built to fight slave trade and later proceed reaching Murchison in time for dinner and overnight.

Explore Murchison on a game drive and a boat cruise today! Start the day with a morning game drive for a chance to see lions, leopards, giraffes, elephants and countless other animal and birds. Look out for the early morning risers and predators like leopards returning back to their dens after hunting. In the afternoon, take a relaxing afternoon boat cruise on the Victoria Nile, where you will encounter animals congregating on the banks and an abundance of crocodiles and hippos. You will see the thundering waterfall plunge 40 metres as the boat turns for the return trip.

After a relaxed breakfast, transfer to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary where you will have an encounter with the endangered white Rhinos which were once extinct in Uganda, the rhinos were reintroduced in the country and Ziwa is the only place where you can see them in the wild. Have a relaxed afternoon at your Lodge.
Overnight at: Amuka Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
After breakfast, we will drive to Kibale Forest National Park via Fort Portal also known as the Tourism City, you can visit the Palace, and home to the King of Toro Kingdom and the world’s youngest king or a local market if time allows, before transferring to kibale through a verdant countryside and past traditional homesteads, local communities and farms.
Overnight at: Isunga Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
After an early breakfast, you will be escorted to the briefing point by your guide for an adventure of a lifetime! Chimpanzees are among the most intelligent wild animals therefore prepare to be wowed by these great apes as you watch them feed and socialize in their natural habitat. After lunch you will visit Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary for a guided nature walk through the swamp.
Overnight at: Isunga Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
Visit the Kasenda crater lakes, known for the highest concentration of crater lakes per square km in the country, to marvel at some of the over 60 lakes in this area including lakes; Rukwanzi, Mwamba, Kifuruka, Nyairya and the famous Nyinambuga crater, that appears on the twenty thousand Uganda shillings note. You can also visit Nkuruba nature reserve before transferring back to Fort portal where you will have time to visit the Amabere Ga’nyinamwiru Caves in the afternoon for an amazing Cultural, geographical and historical encounter.
Later drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, gazetted in 1954 for dinner and overnight.

Queen Elizabeth National Park’s diverse eco-system of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters is home to an incredible abundance of wildlife. Game drives in this park, with the massive Rwenzori as a backdrop, create an excellent and unique opportunity for memorable African Safaris, after breakfast, you will enjoy a unique experience with animals in the park. After lunch, head out for a 2-hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel possibly bypassing huge concentrations of hippos and many animals by the river banks including crocodiles and birds. This experience offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing.

Early morning transfer through Ishasha area of Queen Elizabeth national park known for the famous tree-climbing lions and scenic beauty, to Bwindi Impenetrable National park, and home to more than half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas
Overnight at: Haven lodge Buhoma (Bed & Breakfast)
You will be transferred to the briefing point early morning, for a life time experience, Gorilla Tracking! This impenetrable rainforest has spectacular views, as you walk through imagine the life the Batwa Pygmies lived alongside the gorillas in this jungle.
Once you find the gorillas, allow yourself to fully embrace the one hour you will have viewing these gental giants socialize. Enjoy the views of the flora that survived the last ice age as you walk back reminiscing on this unforgettable moment.
Overnight at: Haven lodge Buhoma (Bed & Breakfast)
After breakfast, visit the surrounding local communities, including craftsmen and women before transferring to Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful and safest lakes in the world. Bunyonyi is also believed to be one of the deepest on the continent. Take a stroll to admire the lake and its several islands before dinner and overnight

Transfer to Kabale after breakfast, drive to Kabale town. You can choose to proceed to Kisizi waterfalls and hospital. These have a very intriguing past, as the waterfall that once was seen as a place of death now save lives as the electricity running the Kisizi hospital is generated at the fall, which was once a place where unmarried pregnant girls were dropped down the fall to their deaths as punishment for sexual misconduct before marriage. Or explore more of Kabale town visiting hills such as Makanga or a local market before dinner and overnight.
Overnight at Cephas’s Inn (Bed & Breakfast)
Today you will visit a remote village outside of Kabale town and home to the kigezi Community School, embark on a community experience for a deeper insight into the Bakiga culture through activities including local dances, garden and home chores such as millet and sorghum grinding. Also learn about the income generating activities including crafts making. End the day with a celebration, during which you will taste the local brew and cuisine, as the Bakiga people are known to be some of the most welcoming and hospitable people in Uganda.
Overnight at Cephas’s Inn (Bed & Breakfast)
After breakfast, you will drive to Lake Mburo National Park. Reaching in time to enjoy the boat ride for an opportunity to see crocs and hippos. Or enjoy and evening game drives to find herds of zebras, Cape buffalos and elands before dinner and overnight.
Overnight at: Rwakobo Rock Lodge
After breakfast, head out for a walking safari, which provides excellent opportunities for the keen photographer and more bonding animal sights before transferring back to Entebbe, with a stopover at the Mpigi Royal Drum Makers with skills passed down through generations. You will also have time to stop over at the equator for photographs arriving in Entebbe for dinner.
Overnight at: Via Via Guest House
You can decide to visit the Mabamba swamp for an encounter with a shoe bill stock after breakfast and depending on your flight time or simply relax and do some souvenir shopping in Entebbe before being dropped off at the airport in time for your scheduled flight back home to consequently end of the tour.
