Itinerary
Upon arrival in Entebbe, your guide will be waiting to transfer you to your booked accommodation for the night, nearby.
Overnight at: Sunset Hotel Entebbe
Prepare yourself for a long drive after breakfast, to Bwindi forest and home to more than half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. The forest is also one of the oldest in Africa, having survived the last ice age. You will drive through various Ugandan communities and will be able to make all necessary stopovers along the way, reach Bwindi in time for dinner and overnight.

You will be transferred to the briefing point early morning, for a briefing for a once in a life time experience, Gorilla Tracking! This Impenetrable rainforest has spectacular views, as you walk through, picture the life the Batwa Pygmies who once lived in this forest alongside the gorillas. Once you find the gorillas, allow yourself to fully embrace the one hour you will have viewing them socialize and go about their daily activities, from feeding to playing. Enjoy the views of the silver back in command, and the flora as you walk back reminiscing on this unforgettable moment.

The Batwa, also known as pygmies are the most fascinating of Ethnic groups in Uganda, head out after breakfast for an encounter. They will guide you through their lifestyle, showing you their homes and displaying their wealth of knowledge in plants and animals and their different uses.
They will also showcase their skills in fire making, hunting and many other things, unique skills past down for generations. In the afternoon, you can decide to go for a nature walk toward the waterfalls, where you will have plenty of time and opportunities to see many birds, and other primates in this UNESCO world heritage site.

After breakfast, visit the surrounding local communities, including craftsmen and women before transferring to Lake Bunyonyi, one of the most beautiful and safest lakes in Africa to swim, free from crocodiles, Bilharzia and Hippos. Bunyonyi is also believed to be one of the deepest on the continent.
Overnight at: Birdnest Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
You can decide to have a short community and nature walk or a boat tour, before transferring back to Entebbe via Kampala, if time allows you can visit the National museum before proceeding to reach in time for dinner and overnight.
Overnight at: Sunset Hotel Entebbe (Bed & Breakfast)
You can decide to visit the Mabamba swamp for an encounter with a shoe bill stock after breakfast and depending on your flight time, simply relax and do some souvenir shopping in Entebbe before being dropped off at the airport in time for your scheduled flight back home to consequently end of the tour.
