Itinerary
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, Your guide for the tour will pick you up and transfer you to your accommodation in Entebbe city.
Overnight at: Via Via (Bed & Breakfast)
After an early breakfast, you can choose between relaxing at your accommodation or driving to the capital city of Uganda Kampala, where you will have a city tour in the heart of the Buganda kingdom, one of the oldest and most influential kingdoms in the country, you will visit the Kasubi Tombs a great World Cultural Heritage site, Namugongo Martyrs Shrine, the Uganda National museum, the king of Buganda’s Palace in Mengo and a visit to Kabaka’s Lake is amazing. If time allows, visit the some local markets like Owino and Nakasero. Return to Entebbe for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast, before transferring to Jinja. You can have stopovers En-route.
It is possible to visit Ssezibwa Waterfalls to explore the cultural importance attached to this scenic falls, take pictures then proceed to Mabira Forest, where you can have a guided nature or forest walk. Proceed to Jinja while viewing the extensive tea and sugarcane plantations en-route. In the afternoon take a boat to the source of the Nile.
Overnight at: Two Friends (Bed & Breakfast)
After an early breakfast, you can choose to go bungee jumping, water rafting or quad biking along the Nile before transferring to Sipi, reaching in time for a relaxed evening.
Overnight at: Sipi Heritage Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
Have an early breakfast, and head towards a series of the magnificent Sipi falls. You will be guided to the top of the fall by a local site guide. At the top you can take pictures and it is possible to abseil. Take a nature and community walk on your way to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you can take another community walk, where you can visit coffee plantations, see how locals process and brew their coffee locally, you will also be entertained to the local dances and storytelling.
Overnight at: Sipi Heritage Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
Drive to Pian Upe game reserve for a game drive and nature walks within the reserve for magnificent views of the vast plains of the park with a variety of bird species and wildlife such as Elands, Dik Diks, Jackson Heart beast, Ostriches, giraffes among other animals and later proceed to Moroto for an overnight.
Overnight at: Karatunga Guest House (Bed & Breakfast)
After breakfast, we shall head deep in the community for the community experiences and Karamojong cultural dances and later depart Moroto for Kidepo Valley National Park, one of the most remote and spectacular parks in Uganda. On your way, you can visit Nakapelimoru Village in Kotido, East Africa’s largest traditional village, proceed reaching in time for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, carry your packed lunch and head out for a game drive with in Uganda’ best wilderness gem. The park inhabits one of the most exciting faunas of any Ugandan park, with over 80 species of mammals several of which are endemic to Kidepo National Park like the cheetahs, striped hyenas, and caracals and over 465 bird species including the ostriches. You will be able to take a second game drive in the afternoon. Return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Wake up early, have breakfast and after embark for cultural encounters at the local Manyattas in Karamonja and IK people. Expect to see their small homesteads, what they worship, dance, language and after return to the camp site for dinner and night.

After breakfast embark on your last game drive and later exit the park transferring to Murchison falls National Park for an overnight Stay. You will have some stop overs, including Gulu town, for Lunch. Gulu is home to Fort Patiko built by Sir Samuel Baker as a military fort in order to stop slave trade. The Arabs had set up huts in Ocecu hill the present day Gulu to store their merchandise including slaves, you can visit this Fort before proceeding to reach Murchison in time for dinner and overnight.
Overnight at: Pakuba Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
Start the day with a morning game drive, after breakfast for a chance to see lions, leopards, giraffes, elephants and countless other animal and birds. Look out for the early morning risers and predators like leopards returning back to their dens after hunting. In the afternoon, take a relaxing afternoon boat cruise on the Victoria Nile, where you will encounter animals congregating on the banks and an abundance of crocodiles and hippos. You will see the thundering waterfall plunge 40 metres as the boat turns for the return trip.
Overnight at: Pakuba Lodge (Bed & Breakfast)
After a relaxed breakfast, transfer back to Entebbe with a visit to Ziwa Rhino sanctuary for Rhino tracking. Continue to Entebbe via Kampala, reaching in time for dinner and overnight.
Overnight at: Via Via (Bed & Breakfast)
After a relaxed breakfast and depending on your flight time, you can choose to simply relax at your accommodation or go souvenir shopping. There is also an option of visiting Mabamba swamp for a shoe bill stock or the Uganda Wildlife Education Centre. Towards your flight time, your guide will escort you to the airport.
